Mobile jobs are becoming a very valued commodity as well.  If you can mobilize yourself as a mobile nail technician, mobile make up artist or mobile stylist, you can charge a significant premium for your services and your clients will be glad to pay it and recommend you to their friends as you will provide a relatively rare service.  By having a mobile operation, you will get to save quite a bit on overhead and you will get to meet new and interesting people as you travel to their homes to treat them and make them beautiful.
