.workout don.  Yes, our society has gone through the housecoat to spandex with layers as the ultimate fashion statement.  We are operating but are ready for a quick lunch or perhaps a workout in a heartbeat.  We have evolved through the housecoat…but yet we have taken a step back.  We go out in all our schlep attire..
.but grandma never did.  The difference inside the generations is a single of being proper in social situations.  I have observed fantastic work-out put on that makes this transition nicely, and I’ve witnessed disasters! 

 The newest trend in casual disasters is the long dress.  Now I truly think designers had a vision here, flowing with great sandals, perfect straw bag and obviously sand and waves pummeling the background.  This isn’t to be the case; we have ladies running to the grocery shop in what I feel have become the new housecoat sans buttons and pockets.  The wide variety of colors and prints astound me, and so does the lack of proper undergarments and tacky sandals.  This was to become a designer’s crème de la crème of cruise wear not the running to a big shop pushing a basket and toting two screaming kids.

 But no matter how you feel that day, be it the conventional housecoat..
.the fabulous active put on or the schlep variety or our new housecoat….add somewhat sparkle, it will brighten up a day of cleaning or general home chores….just like that! 

 So ladies inside lengthy flowing gowns brighten them up with somewhat bling.  Either appear at great earrings along with a cuff or even a fabulous necklace and smaller earrings that do not take away from your look.  Put on a wonderful pair of gladiator sandals and leave the Havianas for the beach…take pride, your grandmother did, and if we’re going to wear the “housecoat” out make it look as if working is the last thing on your mind.
