Laughing is quite a perfect cure for anything that ails you. Now obviously when you don’t see something as funny, it is difficult to cause yourself to laugh. Correct? Or is it? The Law of Attraction is a wonderful tool for positive manifestation for your life.

Attempt this: Just exhale with a strong breath on the connotation ‘HA’. And try breathing through the diaphragm. The diaphragm is exercised very little in our anatomy. When you breathe through your diaphragm and lower torso in this way, you are getting much fuller breaths. You oxygenate your blood and brain. Now attempt exhaling on the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Extend your belly, while you are doing it, you have just used the diaphragm. Now attempt it varying the frequency, and how much. Proceed and stretch it out.

You can try this while you’re driving, going to and from the office or on breaks. I know it seems silly. But silly is GOOD. Try this with your friend. If you play in company, I guarantee you’ll both end up laughing in reality. It is hard to try this exercise without creating a true bellow. A method to raise your vibe quickly is Toning. Just like singing, but you create a tone for the reason of having sound go through your body. You’re not going for a pretty sound, simply sound for the sake of sound. The sound you make is the right sound. Feel it move into your nose, your throat, ribcage. Feel the breath and sound frequency through your body. Try it for a few seconds to as long as you like. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of Attraction Love.

Recall, these are easy and goofy, fun and playful. I will bet you’ve got several energy tools you use and you don’t even realize it. Anything you do to take a break from feeling bored, useless, disengaged and drained. It could be playing with or bouncing a ball, listening to the birds, blowing bubbles. I keep a small bottle of bubbles near my computer. Get up and stretch, do some hip rotations. It is another way of tuning into your body. And always stay hydrated. Drink lots of water. Drinking water not only hydrates, it grounds you too. Remember your body is a mass of energetic fields. Take good care of you on every level. When you use energy shifting tools, you will be less likely to go for that caffeine and sugar crutch.

You will begin being in the present more often. And remember, your present is always the most powerful place to be.
