Attempt this: Just exhale with a strong breath on the connotation ‘HA’. And try breathing through the diaphragm. The diaphragm is exercised very little in our anatomy. When you breathe through your diaphragm and lower torso in this way, you are getting much fuller breaths. You oxygenate your blood and brain. Now attempt exhaling on the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Extend your belly, while you are doing it, you have just used the diaphragm. Now attempt it varying the frequency, and how much. Proceed and stretch it out.

You can try this while you’re driving, going to and from the office or on breaks. I know it seems silly. But silly is GOOD. Try this with your friend. If you play in company, I guarantee you’ll both end up laughing in reality. It is hard to try this exercise without creating a true bellow. What if you were sure, you absolutely believed that your wealth, your body, your relationship, your kids, your job, your house, and everything else in your experience was completely PERFECT – exactly how it is at this very moment?!

How about if your mind, your current state of being was that everything – just as it is at this moment – without any changes, or desire for any change, was perfect?

This would be the meaning of an UNCONDITIONAL LIFE.

Think about that for a second. Living Unconditionally means that nothing need be different for you to experience freedom, joy, peace, abundant wealth, and being completely fulfilled. What a concept.

Often we as meaningful attractors want to understand what’s in the way of achieving our desires. I know I see myself in that place sometimes. Life becomes busy and I often forget to carry my most important intention – to feel happy – around with me all day. Stuff happens. For example, an unpleasant conversation with a colleague, and I climb on my high horse for a little while and talk about how it shouldn’t be the way it is. Of course, I know that’s in opposition to feeling the way I want – to feel good. But every now and again, my ego wants to get in front and center. And it will – but not for long.

Consider what your life would be like if you could manifest what you wanted, if you weren’t in the ALLOWING mode. Then you’d have no idea how you were getting what you were getting. You would not comprehend your unique emotional guiding system. You would not understand how to model and replicate creating and manifesting. It would be the Law of Variability – there’d be no consistency and that is not a law at all. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of Attraction Love.

Recently I got an email from a subscriber. He asks … I am attempting to attract what I want but I continuously feel afraid and anxious. On top of that there is a build-up of bad patterns of thinking, long-standing feelings of lack, low self-esteem and usually hone in on my past failures. What should I do? The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool for positive realization in your life.

For one thing, I highly respect this person for asking this question. For one, he acknowledges that part of his active thoughts and feelings are negative. A lot of people I know working with the Law of Attraction, especially the self-titled ‘spiritual’ ones, refuse to accept that they have any of this present in their energy. It wouldn’t be spiritual after all. Please!

It is essential to understand what’s happening in your mind and take control of it. The fact that you have negativity in your inner dialogue shows that it is present in your vibration. You will continue to attract situations that mirror back to you circumstnaces to feel anxious and disappointed. Empowering yourself with the Law of Attraction is hugely helpful for Relationship Attraction, and is not hard to grasp.

Einstein said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that manifested it. He was talking about tapping into the a higher order of being. For me that means releasing into Universal Love and Abundance, or the Divine organizing power of Source. Would it not be great if we could simply press a button and let go and let God, as they say? Simpler said than done most of the time for many of us. However, you can start by committing to a daily exercise of searching for aspects of your life to be grateful for. Look for the love and kindness in your life as it is right now. That is a huge and quick vibration raiser.

If you can do your best to make peace with where you are you will immediately be letting go of resisting your desires. Don’t think that making peace with your present circumstances will bring more of it to you. It won’t. But you’ll be doing the extremely essential step of letting go of resistance. You see, constant thinking on your circumstances causes you to attract more of that same circumstance. So easing up a bit and finding aspects in your life to love will soften your vibration. You can’t hold your attention on a thing and not have it as a part of your vibration.

After you’ve solidified what you desire to bring into your life, the next step is to find out what thoughts and feelings you truly have around the likelihood of your creating what you want. Is self-worth part of it? Is your track record and the past getting your attention? I recommend journaling what is present in your beliefs and then writing statements that soften little by little until you can perceive what it is like to already be feeling what you want as if it is present right now.

Pretty From One Man To You

To begin, you must be warned. What is discussed here is only the opinion, and perhaps a lousy one at that, of one man and one man only. If you disagree that is great, because variety is the spice of life, right? These opinions may seem out bit outdated or biased. That is because thy might very well be.

To begin with, pretty is as pretty does. This is to say that you will be prettier on the outside if you are actually pretty on the inside. Yes, this is totally trite and corny, but it is absolutely true. Men respond to how you act, after first responding to how you look. The actions last, looks do not.

Again, this is only one opinion, so do not get offended, but here we go. First off, if you have tattoo fever, get it cured quickly. Do not get inked for any reason. If you already have gotten some work done, stop planning for more. Yeah, they look cool, but not on women.

You see, what a man likes is you, naked and unashamed. It takes so little to get our attention that all of that flashy ink just gets in the way. Your exposed skin, at the right moment, will drive us crazy and this is good. The decorations distract us from the real you.

And let us discuss what exactly is that right moment, okay? It is not outside of the privacy of the house. We really do want to see you scantily clad, oh yes we do, but we do not want anybody else to see you that way. Girls shirts should not be too low cut, too sheer, or too tight. Not in public anyways. In private we can deal with it just fine.

And in those private moments, nothing is sexier than healthy, vibrant, glowing skin. If you are past the age of thirteen or so, it is time to learn how to get rid of acne. We understand that it is a phase you must endure, but help is available. Either try the stuff from the store or see a dermatologist. Nice skin is a huge part of pretty.

You see, what we really want is a nice girl after all. We would really love to find a girl we can take home to meet out mothers. Seriously now, the trashy gals are just that, and we want something better for ourselves. We truly want quality over quantity after all.
